Jun 10 Over-traded red day all short trades on big up day $SPY

When I do not tweet  my trades I tend to over-trade. Lot of early entries without conformations. Patience problem ?!?! Red day today ,all shorting,  considering SPY had nice rally after 4 down days in a row from a major technical support area.
