Set ups for Nov 30.2015 Monday

Markets are at crucial point. From here we may see epic rally into new historic highs. If the big four $SPY $IWM $DIA $QQQ open all positive there will be PLENTY of long opportunities in the big boards. But I see no reason to be all over the place trying to find the BEST one. I try to stay focus on very few that I already have been trading and that I already know what to expect.  Although I feel much safer day-trading short, I will be trading long in the above mentioned scenario, but very carefully. I trade by building the position scaling in and out so tweeting the entry sometimes is very difficult although I do try to do so when I can. It gives me more sense of responsibility when I trade publicly. The few plays Ill focus on long are: BIDU ATEN and GILD. I am not looking for home runs. Just want to make my pay day and sign out ASAP.

No. 1 on my watch is $HD for short. Very overextended with Ex div date Dec 1st, which means who ever was holding in order to receive dividend can sell out since they had to hold it only by last Wednesday close to receive the dividend. It takes 3 days to settle the stock in traders acct. So if you were long at close of Wednesday , your dividend is secured since your long position will settle by DEC 1st.  It is very logically to take the  profits on the long swing trade from 2 weeks ago and to also get paid the dividend at the same time. After a nice pull back HD may give a nice opportunity to be swing long again at much better price. So even if the big four are positive and strong I will be shorting HD if price action confirms an intraday sell sell off.

HD for short day trade

ATEN for long day trade ( may sty swing small size if goes  well)

GILD for long

GILD for long

Hope this may help to some novice traders. Stay focused on one or two simple strategies.Do not go all over the place to "nail" everything. Become a master in one thing. Get paid a little but consistently

Salute and stay disciplined.
